Rudy Adler biography

Rudy is one of Wealthsimple’s co-founders, a leading online investing service operating in the US and Canada. Under his leadership, Wealthsimple has become the first investing company to successfully build a consumer lifestyle brand. The company won the Webby award for best financial services website in both 2016 and 2017, and was named named a Breakthrough Brand of 2017 by Interbrand, and a 2017 Brand of the Year by Strategy Magazine.

Before Wealthsimple, Rudy co-founded the Y Combinator startup 1000memories, which was acquired by Ancestry.com in 2012. He also worked at the advertising agency Wieden + Kennedy. He holds a bachelor’s of finance/entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona.
