Francois Xavier Lemire biography
François-Xavier is the Co-Founder and CTO of Mercantile, leading engineering, infrastructure and security, and co-leading product. He previously was tech lead at Smooch Technologies before becoming team & tech lead at Zendesk following its acquisition.
François-Xavier earned his Computer Science degree from McGill University with a semester at the National University of Singapore. He is also a lawyer with an LL.B. from Université de Montréal, registered to the Québec Bar Roll of Order.
In his spare time, François-Xavier enjoys anything related to nature, martial arts, whisky, drums, and trumpet.
